13,000 years of Adaptation: Precontact Native Americans in Southern Minnesota with a focus on Oneata cultures who lived in the Lacrosse Area. These tribes were part of the people visiting Grand Meadow Chert Quarry. Dr. Arzigian retired from University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse, where she was a professor of Archeology and Anthropology. She is a senior researcher at the Mississippi Valley Archaeology Center.
