purchasing tickets

Online tickets purchases are processed via our secure online ticketing platform through Arts People. Purchases can be made using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express Card. A .75 cent fee is added per ticket to your order.

Tickets can also be purchased during our onsite box office hours on Thursdays from 4:30-6pm, Fridays from 4:30-6pm and Saturdays from 10am-12pm. Tickets can also be purchased over the phone by calling 507-884-7676.

After completing your purchase, a receipt will be automatically emailed to you. If you selecte, 'Print At Home' as the method to get your tickets, the link to do so can be found near the bottom of your receipt. We strongly encourage the 'Print At Home' option; it saves you from waiting in line at will call and speeds up the seating process at our shows. If you have problems printing your tickets at home, please email us at info@chatfieldcfa.com and we can email the PDF of your ticket(s) to you, mail them to you, or change your ticket receipt method to Will Call.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a show that you have a ticket for, feel free to give it to any of your friends or family as they are transferable. We rarely cancel performances but we do have a policy on it; please see below.

refunds and exchanges

Event tickets are nonrefundable.

In the case of inclement weather, most shows will go on as scheduled.  We encourage patrons to make the right choices for their circumstances, understanding that ticket purchases are nonrefundable.  In the extremely rare occurrence of a show's cancellation, patrons will be alerted via email, social media and our website.

Shows will go on as scheduled unless: the facility must close;  Highway 52 or Interstate 90 between Rochester and Winona are closed; the artists cannot arrive or perform.  In any of these events, shows will be rescheduled when possible and ticket purchases for canceled shows will be honored for rescheduled or alternate performances.

Note: For information on refund and exchange policies for our resident theater company, Wits' End Theatre, please visit their website or email them at witsendtheatreboxoffice@gmail.com.

gift certificates

Of course! Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be purchased directly through our website via our Arts People ticketing platform. Gift certificates can be redeemed for concert tickets (including order fees) in advance or at the door as well as used onsite for concert concessions. A gift certificate can not be applied to rental fees, art purchases, or event sponsorships.

To redeem gift certificates, please visit our website at chatfieldarts.org and simply input your gift certificate code during the checkout process. You can also use your gift certificate when purchasing tickets over the phone at (507) 884-7676, during our box office hours, or at an event.
